Jordan Rivers (Gary Brown) was born in Wolverhampton in 1961 where he spent most of his younger life.  After finishing school, Gary went into nursing, gaining his qualifications...but always  harbouring the fact that showbiz was in his blood.  He worked for the health service for some 10 years, getting his fix of the showbiz world by appearing in local operatic and musical societies, and having singing lessons by Gwendoline Williams and Jeff Cresswell, both former leading figures in The Doyle Carte Opera Company.  Soon after, Gary entered a national talent competition in Birmingham for the Daily News Entertainer of the Year, which he went on to win, and this   

and settle down.  So they came to Spain,  where The now famous Rich Bitch Showbar was established, along with 12 million viewers for the 8 part,  prime time BBC 1 series

in turn took him all over the globe to some of the most exotic locations, prestige cabaret venues, & cruise lines on the planet.  Shortly after this whirlwind, Gary decided along with his  partner  Michael,  to move  away

of Escape to the Sun, which was a resounding success & broadcast to international critical acclaim to millions of now Rich Bitch fans worldwide.   Jordan Rivers is one of the most formidable talents on the Costa Blanca, his innovative style & comedy timing are second to none, not to mention the shows he creates single handedly to rave reviews. This year the ‘Rich Bitch Showbar’ celebrates 12 years of excellent entertainment, and we look forward to welcoming you all,  guests old and new,  to this unique venue, to sample the delights of the’Rich Bitch’ - Benidorms premiere Drag Show.

On 19th October 2008, our beautiful ladyboy Lulabelle suddenly and very tragically passed away, aged just 42.  Andrew, (Lulabelle) had been with the Rich Bitch for almost 10 years, from the very beginning.  In that time, he  entertained thousands of people, and made just as many friends.   You’ll find pictures of ‘Lula’ throughout

Miss Shape is the comedy creation of David Pierce. Born in Birmingham in 1962, David attended Durham University, & later worked in local government, whilst always harbouring a strong passion & enthusiasm for theatre. His experience has varied from Shakespeare with the National trust, to a nationwide tour of ‘La Cage Aux Folles’!   David became involved with the cabaret circuit in Ibiza, the birthplace of Miss Shape, and on moving to Benidorm appeared at various venues before having the honour of being offered a place on the ‘Rich Bitch Team’ in October 2008.   David, and ‘Miss Shape’ hope you have a great night here at this unique venue, whether you are an ‘old hand’ or a ‘Rich Bitch Virgin’!!!
